 Golden  Lotus Ayurveda was established in 2006 in Golden, BC, by C. Scott Ryan  and Dalia Yanai, who met and fell in love the year before at the Ayurvedic Institute in  Albuquerque, NM.  In 2018 we moved to beautiful Victoria, BC

C. Scott Ryan

Scott is an Ayurvedic  Practitioner and Yoga Instructor, as well as a Chartered Herbalist. He  was an English and Philosophy Major at Dalhousie University in Halifax,  where he completed two years. He has been studying Ayurveda and Yoga  extensively since 1997. He completed the Ayurvedic Studies Program I at  The Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, NM, as well as the Gurukula  program with his beloved teacher, Dr. Vasant Lad, in Pune, India . He  studies with a number of other respected Vaidyas in the US and in India.  Scott is deeply committed to the principles of the traditional practice  of Yoga and Ayurveda. His articles have appeared in Parabola Magazine  and Light on Ayurveda Journal – A peer reviewed Ayurvedic Medical  Journal; he had also written Ayurvedic Columns for several on-line  magazines.
Scott is a member of NAMA, and is the Co-founder and  Director of Golden Lotus Ayurveda, and he offers Ayurvedic  Consultations, Marma therapy, Shirodhara, Abhyanga, Yoga classes and  Ayurvedic education. 

Dalia Yanai

Dalia brings her  love and knowledge of Yoga, Ayurveda, body-work, herbs and cooking into  her practice of Holistic Health. She believes that treating the whole  person rather then just separate symptoms is the key to real, profound  healing. Dalia has been studying Yoga since 2000 and Ayurveda since  2002; She completed her Ayurvedic Studies Program I and her 200 hr Yoga  Teacher's Training at  the Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, NM. She  had traveled throughout India and South America, and wishes she could  travel even more!
Dalia is a also a CD(DONA) Certified Doula (Birth  Assistant),
As  the Co-director of Golden Lotus Ayurveda, Dalia offers Ayurvedic Bodywork such as Abhyanga Massage and Shirodhara, Swedish Massage, Ayurvedic Lifestyle and Diet consultations, and Reflexology treatments.    She also teaches Yoga classes with a gentle,  dynamic and fun approach to the practice, as well as Ayurvedic Cooking classes,  and various lectures and seminars.
